(1) Outline of current concerns

Reflecting on the work you have previously made - outline the concerns/ideas that you wish to develop in this module. You might plan to continue and further develop a personal project begun in Stage 1 or develop additional and/or new ideas/concerns.

 

- As I chose to do more of Abstract art more and mixed it with line art, I would like to develop :

 

1- Use colors that are correspondence to human emotions.

 

2- add more textures to my artworks.

 

3- learn how to use palette knife

 

4- follow my obsessions and curiosity more.

 

5- pay attention to which elements keep popping up in my artwork to discover what makes a piece of art look like me.

 

 

 

 

(2)Studio practice/working methods

What working processes or strategies do you intend to use to develop your personal project? What new processes/strategies/studio practices do you intend to try/‘test out’ during this module?

 

 

1- Understand the Color Wheel, I understood the importance because it displays the relationships between the colors. When thinking about a particular color, i might associate a meaning to the color. For example, if you were to look at a bright yellow color, you might think that it is joyful and happy.

 

2- experimented with nontraditional materials such as sugar cubes and salt.

 

3- started working on large canvases instead of A4.

 

4- learned where to get inspiration from, found it while im doing a reaserch about my best artists inspiration for this project and her name is Evi O.

 

(3) What do you need to do, to help achieve your personal project?

For example: What areas of research are needed to support your project? How will you expand your knowledge of the context(s) are you working in? Which artists, writers, critics, gallery/museum/exhibitions/site visits do you need to be knowledgeable about? What skills do you need to acquire or develop? For example; Welding, printmaking processes, painting skills, illustrator or Photoshop.

 

- I would like to use printmaking machine.

 

- need to learn more about photoshop tools because I'm doing digital art as well.

 

- I need to view more artist that has the same vibes as Evi O and Caroline Walls.

 

 

(4)Personal Development Goals. This could be particular skills that you would like to develop e.g. the ability to write about own work with greater clarity; it might be to investigate a volunteering or placement opportunity related to your career ambitions; it might be a technical skill; or to develop ways, (with the help of the module leader or your personal tutor) to increase your confidence when speaking about your work in a group situation.

 

1- In my old NLP I decided to be an art teacher, but I discovered that I have A lot more different opportunities such as Digital Designer jobs in banks which I really love to know more about and felt more curious about it.

 

2- would like to be a International certified trainer so I can give online or real life art classes.

 

3- increasing more sales and value of my artwork.

 

4- Representation by top galleries internationally in both online and in person.
